With the vehicle shortage I put a deposit down on a highlander sight unseen and on paper it is similar to my 2019 I have and when I realized the new seating arrangement I realized the bench seat would highlander sight unseen and on paper it is similar to my 2019 I have and when I realized the new seating arrangement I realized the bench seat would work better for my family. When asked if is there one available I was told yes. When the sales manager found out he told me it was all of a sudden sold. He told me it was either the original highlander (which does not work for my family) or he can give me my money back. So they would rather lie to my face, lose a sale and loyal customer then to sell me a different configuration. I am a Haverhill resident and my family bought many cars from Jaffarian and now my business will be taken elsewhere. You can definitely tell Gary is not involved in the day to day operation like he used to be. More
