Sales manager Sarkis and business manager Michael were polite, professional and efficient. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Monteforte, as he was as friendly and attentive at delivery, as he was during the sale. Jaffarian provided a very comfortable purchase environment and the overall experience exceeded that of many dealerships that I had visted. I hope not to be in the car market again anytime soon, but if I were, I would return to Jaffarian without hesitation. More

What made me choose them was that I had brought my Tundra in for service and they were more than accommendating. So when I made my decision to make the trade I asked Chuck in the service department if he could find out what kind of deal I could get. He brought me right up to the sales floor...and the rest was history....Tim Little truely was great. So was Michael in the finance department he actually got me a better interest rate than I had orginally..They do go out of there way to help you...Thanks guys for a job well done. I bought my truck today. A 2011 Tundra. I looked at both Ford and Chevy being a previous drive of both. For me to by a Toyota the truck had to be the best overall value. Go check it out. My neighbor recommended Jaffarian because of price and experience. Then I did my homework online researching the best price for the Tacoma I wanted. I saw the truck I wanted on their website and the pri experience. Then I did my homework online researching the best price for the Tacoma I wanted. I saw the truck I wanted on their website and the price was pretty good, so I filled out the form online. To my surprise (and delight) I was not called 2 minutes later by a Sales person hassling me. But I did get an email with an even better price in it than what was on the website. So I headed to the show room with my trade. At the show room the experience was relaxing. They had my truck ready because I called them 15 minutes before saying I was coming in. They looked at my trade AND gave the keys back immediately (which was cool). I test drove the truck, looked at the numbers, haggled a little bit, and was done. If you do your homework and have a reasonable price for what your trade-in vehicle is worth, then you can't beat the price at Jaffarian, or the experience. Highly recommended. Steve from Newbury More

A great deal of time and effort was devoted by Mr. Whittredge and other dealership staff such as Mr. Russo in answering my questions concerning my new Camry XLE's features and operation- particularly the navigation system and bluetooth connection, etc. This is the second Camry that I have purchased at Jaffarian despite the fact that you are considerably more distant from my residence than several other Toyota dealerships. I even had my first Jaffarian Toyota serviced with you due to the professionalism, competence, and affability of staff and management in all aspect of your service- both sales and vehicle maintenence.
