I had been searching for a Toyota Camry for approximately I had been searching for a Toyota Camry for approximately 2 weeks, before I went to Jaffarian Toyota. Upon entering the Dealership I was greeted by Mike Kemp(sales). He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me a tour of the facilities including the service department. I was impressed with the fact he took time to do this. The service department was clean and so was the waiting area with plenty of seating and complimentary refreshments for their waiting customers. He gave me a brief history of Jaffarian Toyota with the goal of the dealership to stay small and focus on the best customer service possible. I bought a 2006 Toyota Camry XLE. They offered the best price for this vehicle that I had seen, while on my search. The vehicle came with a receipt for work that the dealer had performed on it before it was to be sold which became part of the deciding factor for buying the vehicle. I was very much impressed with this. Without hesitation I would recommend Jaffarian Toyota to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a fair price while being taken care of by top knotch professionals. I came in to look at new Toyotas, and I was ready to trade my Toyota Matrix, which I had bought at Jaffarian in 2006, if I found the right car and the right deal. Louis Monteforte was very friendly and helpful in showing me the cars in my price range, letting me decide on the car that would best meet my needs - I liked the Camry LE - and taking for me for a test drive. I called Louis couple of days later, took another test drive, knew the Camry was the right car, and was ready to buy. Most car-buying experiences are stressful, but Louis made this as easy as it could be, and I appreciated his efforts to get to the numbers I was comfortable with.
