I have always praised Jacky Jones, and have always received great service from them. This time was no exception. I was kept well informed and the quote was remarkably close to the bill I payed. The Turbocharger had gone bad and had to be completely replaced. Understanding the current situation with parts and the availability, I was still disappointing it took so long (about 2 months). I was really pleased though, that Jacky Jones was able to afford me a loaner car. That alone saved me a great deal of money, not to mention the headache. I've had good performance from the car since I picked it up. There was a slight "coolant" smell inside the car, but it's dissipating quickly. Again, very understandable considering all that was involved. While I don't ever want to have anything like that fixed again, those folks have always done me right, I'll do business with them again should I need it.
