Number one, Steve Croft did a major overhaul on my transmission. I haven't felt a transmission this strong since my 1976 Oldsmobile with a police special package when I was a deputy sheriff. Isiah Crowder did a complete rear axle replacement and changed all bearings and seals, setting the ring and pinion clearances to factory spec. Awesome job. Additionally, Cyrus Robinson installed a new cooling fan and sensor, and while under the hood, left it cleaner than when I dropped my Town Car off for the repairs. Steve Raper, the Service Manager, is certainly the best shop foreman I have ever delt with. Lastly, Bart Littleton, my service advisor, was excellent in all aspects of scheduling and coordinating the repairs with me. Highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater's service department. I was not pleased with their service department at all. To start with I made an appointment 3 weeks out. Britney stated could not work me in. So at my appointment time I was told that it was for the day be To start with I made an appointment 3 weeks out. Britney stated could not work me in. So at my appointment time I was told that it was for the day before. So I left it, when I called they said they could not work it in until the next day. Britney called and told me that the repairs were going to cost 8,000 dollars. So I refused the work and picked it up the following day. They charged me a total of 234.00. Carla Walker was very helpful when we were there looking at vehicles. She is very friendly and we loved her.
