Warranty work and 10000 mi service Bart Littleton is most helpful. I am very disappointed however that my F150 developed a huge water leak in the cab with less than 10000mi. I scheduled my appointment for an oil change and basic service and arrived just a few minutes early and just as soon as I was checked in they got my k I scheduled my appointment for an oil change and basic service and arrived just a few minutes early and just as soon as I was checked in they got my keys and immediately took it back to be serviced. Nice area with a large TV, comfortable chairs and hot coffe while I waited. This is our go to Ford dealership! More
Best service appointment ever! I have owned 3 Toyota Avalon’s in a row, since 2005, but became increasingly upset over the service departments of both dealerships in the Maryville-K I have owned 3 Toyota Avalon’s in a row, since 2005, but became increasingly upset over the service departments of both dealerships in the Maryville-Knoxville area, so much so I did not buy one last year when i was ready to trade. I visited several car dealerships and really liked the people at Jacky Jones. So I bought a new Ford Taurus, the experience was very easy and the two times I have have gone to the service department they were very accommodating, knowledgeable and timely. The wait time was minimal and the area very nice. I’m very happy with the service department, in my opinion the greatest asset to a dealership is the quality and efficiency of their service department. More
