We live in Atlanta and under the circumstances, new and even used car inventory’s are virtually non existent. We found the truck we were looking for at Jacky Jones in Sweetwater TN. Called and spoke to Kat even used car inventory’s are virtually non existent. We found the truck we were looking for at Jacky Jones in Sweetwater TN. Called and spoke to Kathleen Lisa. I never thought I’d have to drive 3 hours to find a truck, but I’m so glad that I did. The majority of the sale was over the phone and Kathleen made the process seamless and pleasurable. We felt like we had made a new friend by the time we left (unheard of in your “big box” stores). This dealership was like a family, and they were welcoming and professional from start to finish. It was really a pleasure working with Kathleen and a dealership with such integrity.
