In and out in a matter of minutes I ordered my part and paid for the installation online. When arriving there was a mixup about a loaner vehicle however it was quickly resolved. They had my remote start installed within a couple hours. On my way in on my lunch hour, I called and let them know I was in a hurry and they were more than happy to have my paperwork ready when I arrived! The team is still getting used to individuals paying for everything online and I had to figure out how the remote start worked on my own however I’ve never had a better experience with a service center! I’ll definitely be returning and recommending friends! More

Quick, friendly seevice I came in 2 days in a row, once with my car for an oil change and the next day with my husbands car for oil change and tire rotation. Poor service Made an appointment a few days ahead of time, was clear that I had to be in an out in a certain amount of time due to work. Was assured that upgrading Made an appointment a few days ahead of time, was clear that I had to be in an out in a certain amount of time due to work. Was assured that upgrading my radio wouldn't take more than 45 minutes. Walked into service department and looked around, clearly there for an appointment. 4 service writers sat at their desks, none engaged me. Had to talk to a cashier just to find out I needed to pull my car into the service bay. Pulled car into bay and still not engaged. Had to walk up to a service writers desk to tell them why I was there. After pulling up my appointment I had to once again give details as to why I was there. Upgrading the radio took 2 full hours. I was told it would only take at most 45 minutes. I asked about a tsb to fix a rattling shifter on a car with only 14k miles. Was told they would not follow the procedures in the tsb (only .2hrs) and was told that my only option was to buy a new shifter ($250 part not incl labor). At checkout I was presented with a bill that was twice the amount I was quoted. (135 vs 65). Absolutely will not be back to this dealership. Have since gotten quotes from another dealership (Jeff wyler) for the ~$1000 in aftermarket parts I planned to purchase. Which I would've done through your dealership had it not been for this experience. More
