I brought my Chevy Malibu in because the engine light was on I waited as my car was being diagnosed and found that under my warranty my car should be covered for the part. I was told because of the GM strike I c I waited as my car was being diagnosed and found that under my warranty my car should be covered for the part. I was told because of the GM strike I could not get my car fixed until maybe December. I don’t feel safe driving my car for the next three months with the engine light on! I was told to check back before my warranty runs out. It will be covered after that date still. I hope Joe works this out. More

I specifically asked the service advisor to explain the balancing process, particularly how the weights are removed and reapplied. I was told the old weights would be removed, and the two sided tape would also be removed with a plastic tool so the paint on my rims wouldnt get scratched. Upon picking up the vehicle, i noticed the old tape was not removed, so now my $50K truck looks tacky with leftover tape on the wheels. Also my rims are black, and the service tech used black weights on 3 of the wheels, and silver weights on the 4th wheel. I have pictures if there is an email address to send them to. More
