Excellent, honest service! I’m new I in the Columbus area and went for an oil change (walk-in). I mentioned that my wiper blades weren’t cleaning well and might need to be repla I’m new I in the Columbus area and went for an oil change (walk-in). They had a couple great discounts they applied for me, too. Will definitely make this my go-to place. :) More

Undecided how I feel Called n made appt n spoke to Angela. I asked if under warranty n if certain things were covered. She put me on hold after she asked 4 my mileage. She came back and said it would be under warranty n covered. I made arrangements to start heading there. I arrived n was told that's not true that my powertrain ran out by date, not mileage. Bait n switch?!?! They should honor covering and then educate their people not to setup customers with false expectations. I was so happy to hear covered under warranty but truly disappointed that I was lied to and it was not under warranty by my service advisor. They should have ran my vin and given me the truth not setup false expectations for customers. Based on my only and first experience I cannot say I would recommend. More
