Here at Jack Maxton Chevrolet, we take customer service seriously. We are constantly training our staff to be the best they can be so that our customers leave happy. Lying and cheating is not something we take lightly. I looked into this matter and found that when you came in for the repair of your door the door panel had to be removed. Until the panel was completely removed it was unknown of further damage underneath it and the removal of this panel is not a part of the diagnosis process. As soon as further damage was found the information was relayed to you. With General Motors being on strike we have had quite a difficult time meeting parts demands, though the situation is out of the hands of local dealerships, we apologize for this inconvenience. As I noted previously, we take customer service seriously and apologize you feel this situation was mishandled.
