To start my issue was resolved which is great. I set up an appointment at 10 am, was not contacted at all during the day. I called in the afternoon for an update, they advised they did not have an update an appointment at 10 am, was not contacted at all during the day. I called in the afternoon for an update, they advised they did not have an update but would get one. I was not contacted again the rest of the day, and was not told that my vehicle would need kept overnight. I was finally contacted in the morning to say my vehicle was being looked at, 10 minutes later I got another call to say my vehicle was ready for pickup. All it needed was a software update. Then I go to pick it up and the cost for a software update is $140, which feels extreme to me. I think that I may look for other service providers before coming back to Jack Maxton. More
