Confusion in terms of where to go Poor customer service (kinda rude). They have a main service area and a quick service building for oil changes and such. Did not fix my vehicle New 2019 Silverado with less than 5,000 miles. Transmission is stuttering upshifting and downshifting sometimes it violently shakes the entire truck. Report back that nothing is wrong, no codes, and all timing on transmission is correct. There IS something wrong with the transmission but reading online reviews this is happening all over and GM is doing nothing about it. It’s a shame to have a brand new truck with issues. More
