I had 3 recalls done in my 2019 Silverado. I’d have to say everyone was very friendly and professional!! I was told it would take up to 3 hours so I asked if I could have a rental and he gladly said yes!! say everyone was very friendly and professional!! I was told it would take up to 3 hours so I asked if I could have a rental and he gladly said yes!! It ended up only taking little less than 2 hours which was great! But I was very disappointed in the rental for the fact that as I left the dealership I realized the tank was on EMPTY! I guess I felt that I paid good money for my truck and since there were 3 recalls already I didn’t feel it should have been my responsibility to put fuel in the tank but I did put $10.00 in since I was going to be running errands! Again all other experiences were great but just disappointed about the fuel! More

The service dept. at Jack Maxton’s is always friendly and knowledgeable! They always try their best to get me in and out as quickly as they can.
