Repair estimate was delayed a couple days then they finally quoted me over $8,000 for a new engine. When I came to retrive the car to take it to my local auto repair they offered to buy my 2013 Equinox finally quoted me over $8,000 for a new engine. When I came to retrive the car to take it to my local auto repair they offered to buy my 2013 Equinox car for $1,300. I found this not only unusual but I felt it was unethical and I felt like they were trying to take advantage. My local dealer fixed the car without replacing the engine for $2,200. Was it Incompetence or for unethical gain, you decide. More

Safety, courtesy and friendliness was top notch! All precautions addressed in waiting area, making was in place and my key fob was wiped prior to giving it back to me.
