My experience with Jack Maxton was great. Frank Eliaspour who was my salesman was very friendly, and knowlegeable. I had a very unique situation regarding my previous vehicle a Saturn Vue where my Eliaspour who was my salesman was very friendly, and knowlegeable. I had a very unique situation regarding my previous vehicle a Saturn Vue where my transmission went out. I found that there was a recall and I had to contact the GM/Saturn hot line. By the time I got to Jack maxton I explained to Frank what the situation was and he immediately got the Finance manager John Fabish involved. GM/Saturn had already contacted Jack Maxton and John was aware of the problem. Frank and John worked relentlessly to get this issue resolved, In the mean time I started test driving the Chevy HHR first a demo/courtesy car, then taking the advice of Frank I went for the brand new one instead. With the input from Frank and John I was approved for my new hot crystal read HHR. I really felt that Frank and John were there for me as a real person with a real problem, I was not just another sale . As one of them said bad things happen to good people I really felt they were there for me as a person not just another sale. They truly cared.
