We recently purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from Jack Maxton.After we had the car for about two weeks we noticed a spot on the steering wheel which was peeling off. We returned to the dealer and encountered the best service writer I have ever met.he checked the wheel snd said he would check the inventory to see if they had any in stock. Unfortunately they had none in stock.Clyde came to the waiting room and set up an appointment for the following week. During this time Clyde took care of us as if we been there many times before , yet this was our first visit to his service department. He was the most thourogh person in his job Ihave ever met.There was no charge. More

The hours are convenient and no appointment is required. The manager, Phil Bruce, has always been pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. My car is usually in and out in a timely manner and I no longer "dread" having to take my car in for routine maintenance. More
