I special ordered a 2012 Chevrolet Colorado V8 and put $12000.00 in accessories. When the truck was delivered to the dealership all it took was just a couple of days to put all the things on it I ordered. $12000.00 in accessories. When the truck was delivered to the dealership all it took was just a couple of days to put all the things on it I ordered. Buying the truck was as easy as anyone could ask. Dave took care of all the needs I had to do in getting the purchase done and Paul busted his butt to get everything done after the delivery. I want to extend my personal thanks to all that was involved in getting this purchase done. More

I never talked to a more friendly and knowledgable salesperson. He bent over backwards to see to it that I got the exact car I wanted. I would definitely deal with him again. salesperson. I would recommend Jack Maxton to anyone because they were honest, friendly, they had great inventory and their sticker prices were a little lower than another dealer I visited. Dave Graff is wonderful! He honest, friendly, they had great inventory and their sticker prices were a little lower than another dealer I visited. Dave Graff is wonderful! He is thorough, and again, honest and friendly and I felt like he was my best friend when I left Jack Maxton's lot. I bought a car from them in 1988 and I don't know why I waited so long to go back. You will never go wrong visiting them unless you are looking for a car or a deal that is totally impossible for them to offer. More
I had a terrible experience when i stopped in Jack Maxton to test drive an SUV. I walked into the dealership with preapproval from a credit union I bank at and from my other local Chase bank that Im used to to test drive an SUV. I walked into the dealership with preapproval from a credit union I bank at and from my other local Chase bank that Im used to dealing with. I asked to test drive the specific car that I had found onine. From the start the salesman was very cold and unfriendly, almost as if I was bothersome. I pulled the car out of the parking lot and the gas light immediately came on. The car smelled terrible, Mr. O'connor made a point to tell me that the carpets had been shamppoo'd and the windows were shut on a hot day, making the car smell damp and quite awful. I brought the car back (after my short test drive) and told the salesman I was interested in discussing finance options with him. I found Mr Oconnor very disrespectful. After slapping my credit report on the desk and telling me what great credit I have, he began to tell me how helpful it would be if I would buy a newer car instead. Obviously I came to look at this specific car for a reason. He then started to tell me how helpful, from a finance person's standpoint, a down payment would be. DUH. He reluctantly walked to the building next door and ran my credit application. Due to the vehicle being a 1999 he told me i was unable to be financed. He then asked if i would have help... as in a co-signer? I advised him that my father would co-sign if need be, but i would prefer to exhaust all options before asking my dad to co-sign. Brian continued to tell me to "have mom or dad him a call." I am 24 years old and he was acting as if I was an uneducated, inexperienced little girl. I knew my options. I had pre-approval already to purchase this very same vehicle from 2 separate banks. I left feeling frustrated and insulted. He never once discussed the price of the vehicle with me, he just continued to tell me to have my mom or dad give him a call. I found him offensive and obnoxious. I will NEVER recommend a friend or family member to go to Jack Maxton. More
To start with, I worked at this dealership at the time I made my purchase, so my experience went a little differently than most. That being said, my car was stolen, and I needed to replace it pretty quickly. Since I worked here, and I know that the selection available at Jack Maxton is pretty good, I chose to try to find a car there. I talked to Casey, told him what I wanted, and how much money I could spend on a car. Since I only had liability on my stolen car, that amount wasn't very much. He ended up having several cars that fit what I was looking for, and I test drove them all after work one day. I liked the 2004 Chevy Impala, and was able to get it for less than my budgeted amount. It had a few problems, such as a battery that wouldn't hold a charge, and something else that I can't remember now, but Casey took care of both problems very quickly, getting me a new battery, and fixing the other issue. Unfortunately, I wrecked the car after a month of owning it, and while I did have insurance this time, my insurance company totaled it. At that time, they had nothing that I was interested in at my price range and so I ended up buying a 2009 Chevy Impala LT at another local dealership. The price I got it for was phenomenal, but the experience sucked. I would probably return to Jack Maxton Chevrolet for my next car purchase. More
When I first visited Maxton, they didn't have the car I had pinned down at chevrolet.com that supposedly was in inventory -- turned out it was still en route from the factory -- but Dave was very helpful a had pinned down at chevrolet.com that supposedly was in inventory -- turned out it was still en route from the factory -- but Dave was very helpful and encouraged me to test-drive two cars (a stick shift and an automatic) that came the closest so that I could evaluate and compare the relevant features. Dave never tried to steer me away from the car I wanted (the one I ultimately bought when it arrived about a week later.) I made it clear I didn't want to be pestered by follow-up phone calls, only e-mails, and Dave honored that request. Dave was very knowledgeable about the product and didn't try to B.S. me, as some salesmen might. At no time did I ever feel I was subjected to hard-sell tactics by anyone at Maxton. I gave less than a 5 for price only because, as someone who has bought four new GM cars in the past 12 years, all at least 30% off MSRP by combining rebates/discounts, I'm still getting used to the less-generous and more-solvent post-bankruptcy "new GM." However, based on extensive online research and after having visited more than a dozen area dealerships in recent months, I feel I got a terrific car and a very good if not stupendous deal. Dave deserves a lot of the credit for that. More
Dave Graff was really great. This was our third purchase with Jack Maxton, and I'd recommend Dave to anyone looking for a new car. Pricing was pretty straightforward for us as a family member is associat with Jack Maxton, and I'd recommend Dave to anyone looking for a new car. Pricing was pretty straightforward for us as a family member is associated with GM, so we get a discount. However, Dave (and the previous 2 Maxton salesmen) didn't blow us off because of it (other dealers did with the first car we bought through the program). If I had a complaint it'd be the song and dance the "customer relations" and "finance managers" (like all dealers) make you go through with trying to sell you on weatherizing, extended warranty, etc. More
