He was incredibly nice and didn't come across as the usual car salesman. He listened to our needs and addressed all of our questions in a professional manner while being "down-to-earth". Just purchased my first car a 2012 Chevy Cruze at Jack Maxton. The customer service I received was excellent. Everything was explained to me in a clear, concise manner. During negotiating he, along with the financing department, went to great lengths to give me the best price and payment plan to fit my needs. I went in knowing my limits but it never mattered. The vehicle price was more than fair. I worked with Paul Schoo to accessorize my vehicle and he was also very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to show me real parts that I was interested in. For dealer installed accessories, the price was very reasonable. Installed aftermarket parts would be more expensive. He worked with me to make sure all of my accessories were included into my factory warranty. Overall I had a great experience with Jack Maxton Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Bought a 2010 Chevy Aveo last year. Did all of my tire rotations within tire specs with dealer completing the alignment. At 19,000, noticed 3 of 4 of my tires worn down to tread bar on the outside. Went b rotations within tire specs with dealer completing the alignment. At 19,000, noticed 3 of 4 of my tires worn down to tread bar on the outside. Went back to dealer, they refused to do anything. I had the alignment done at 16,700 or so, and I asked service advisor why they did not advise me of this due to the tires were clearly wearing. The advisor advised me that he did not know why. I had the alignment rechecked last week at 19.400 and the dealer said it was within specifications as was the 16,700 alignment. Called the tire manufacturer they said it was an alignment issue and they would do nothing for me.I was stuck in the middle. I asked a service advisor, "why don't you ask me what I would do if I was in your position?" I told him, that a new set of tires would suffice. He offered me 4 higher grade tires at $250 plus tax but with no warranty. I went to the local tire store that night and put a new set of tires on. I advised 2 service advisors I had a case complaint open with GM but no one called. I have since worked with another dealer who is working with GM and me to resolve the issue. My car is currently going through a bumper to bumper review to find the root cause of the problem. When I bought the car last year, the new car sales manager told me if there are any issues to call him, Well I went to his desk, showed him my supporting documentation and the first thing he said to me was whether I would like to be put into a new Cruze. After I told him about the other problems with the car, he said my ability to file for a lemon law ran out. I did not even state that was what I was going to do. When my passenger side headlight went out yesterday, I called and talked to the service advisor and he stated the dealer preferred I took the vehicle somewhere else. More
Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am going to recommend him to my friends that are looking for a vehicle. Very easy process to purchase my vehicle as well. After talking with two other Chevy dealers for several weeks and not being happy with the financing (less than perfect credit) Dave responded to our online request for information on a Chevy Malibu. We were looking to trade in an '09 LS and get something newer and upgrade to the LT model while staying within our budget. Dave searched for and found the car to fit our budget, arranged the financing, dealt with the trade-in and got us the best deal in town. We had several other approvals on the table with higher interest rates and higher payments at other dealers and the cars had more miles and a year older, so David and the dealership did a great job. He spent time during the delivery process making sure we understood the differences between the old LS Malibu and the new LT version (there are many) and we couldn't be happier. More
