This was by far the bes car sales experience I ever encountered (my own and with my parents). The atmosphere was friendly, laid back, and there was no pressure. I got into a fender bender and had my minivan repaired. The repair job was amazing! And the thing that impressed me most was how nice everyone was when I picked up my van. Service at Jac Maxton has been very bad. It took them months for then to do a bad body repair. Doors didn't Close correctly, there was paint over spray, and now my truck whistles and make noise as I d months for then to do a bad body repair. Doors didn't Close correctly, there was paint over spray, and now my truck whistles and make noise as I drive at highway speeds. The interior trim was not correctly replaced, it doesn't line up correctly and it rattles. The main shop is just as bad or worse. I asked them to fix my gas gauge, the needle was jumping all over the place. They dropped the tank and replaced the sender. That cost me about $500 and didn't fix the problem. After billing me they said that they would just leave the gauge alone. After a heating/cooling control repair I told the service manager that the engine didn't sound right. They said that it was ok. I drove my truck away and found that it had no power. They had damaged the vaccum lines so the vaccum advance didn't work. They replaced a head gasket for me. Afterward my oil pressure was low, a thousand miles after that the engine was blown. I will no longer take my vehicles to Jac Maxton, period. More
Outstanding Dealership(JACK MAXTON). I contacted the dealership by phone just shy of 2 weeks ago, the receptionist forwarded me to Jerry Flood. I explained to him what i was looking for, we set up an ap dealership by phone just shy of 2 weeks ago, the receptionist forwarded me to Jerry Flood. I explained to him what i was looking for, we set up an appointment the following day and introduced myself. He was very professional and curtious and very knowledgable explaining to me about the vehicles he was about to show me. He did not have exactly the vehicle that i had in mine but other dealerships out of state possible did. Those did not pan out but between Jerry and Paul Schoo(Accessories Manager) they located a newer year(2013), i turned it down at first but between the both of them they convinced me to come in and just look at it. I'm sure by now you know how it ends, i fell in love with the Silverado at first site. With the help of Paul Schoo and a few added accessories, i got exactly what i wanted. My wife was so pleases with the outcome that she purchased a Chevy Equinox 5 days later, with the help from Jerry and Paul. We both would give both Jerry and Paul a rating of "EXCELLENT". Thank you both very much. More

told salesman I needed cruise control. when I changed car color was not told it did not have cruise control. called GM 800 number and talked with customer service rep. Jack Maxton's original solution was to add cruise control; after dickering for more than a day, solution was to return first car, pay difference and choose another one. My issue is that the salesman was not listening to me the first time we went to choose the car and that they seemed more interested in being right than satisfying the Between us my husband and I have been driving GM vehicles for a total of more than 40 years. Not a pleasant experience this time. Also not the first time we have used this dealer; plus my husband told them he will be in the market, soon, for a Chevy truck. Seems like a lot of to do over the small difference, which we would have paid before the fiasco and not had to deal with all the fallout over not hearing what I had to say. More
