My car is at Jack Maxton right now. They do not have the part they need to fix it and have no idea when they will be able to get the part. It is a two year old car with a $475.00 problem. Rolley told me he would loan me a car for the weekend, but I had to have it back by Monday morning because he neede it for customers. I am a customer! I purchased the car there and get the car serviced there! Rolley, who told me he is the service department manager, referred me to GM customer assistance. My rep was supposed to speak to the dealership and call be back by 8PM tonight. It is 9:15 PM. Dear owner of Jack Maxton, please call me ASAP. Rolley can give you my number! This was my first visit to Jack Maxson Chevrolet. We had to drive a few hours to get there, but I found a 2009 Toyota Highlander on Cars.com that I wanted to check out. I was also hoping to trade in my beloved 2001 Toyota Corolla (Lola). Tonia Brooks made contact with me by phone and email and I immediately appreciated her friendly, sincere approach. She even gave us a great lunch recommendation while we thought things over. I don't like pushy sales and was happy to see no one at Jack Maxton made me feel that pressure. I was very happy with the people, value for my trade and the overall deal on my new car. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. **My only critique would be that the car I ended purchasing did not look like it had been fully cleaned/detailed before they brought it out to show me. The outside was clean, but the inside still had crumbs/soda and dirt in several areas. I'm still finding small toys from the previous owner. I understand this is a used car, but it was "new" to me; having looked at other used cars, it didn't present as nice initially. However, this wasn't Tonia's fault and she had it cleaned a 2nd time for us before we left the dealer. Overall, Tonia and Jack Maxton Chevrolet turned a very dreaded situation into a pain free experience. I'm very happy with my Highlander...we named her Merida. (-: More

I was surprised to discover one hour of service is $96! Just to look at a problem which, in my case, took 30 seconds!! However, although the 3 year part of my warranty recently expired, my visit was paid Just to look at a problem which, in my case, took 30 seconds!! However, although the 3 year part of my warranty recently expired, my visit was paid by Chevy because my mileage was more than 10,000 miles under the 36,000 maximum. I appreciate that the service person went the extra mile to find that out especially since we are a long time customer of this dealership and have brought family members from out of town to purchase vehicles from this dealership. This is what great customer service is about, and it keeps your customer's loyalty. Thank you! More
