I have had issues with my car (CarMax) about every 3 months and Jack Maxton takes care of me every time! They always go above and beyond to make sure the issue is taken care of and to prevent other (for months and Jack Maxton takes care of me every time! They always go above and beyond to make sure the issue is taken care of and to prevent other (foreseeable) issues from occurring. They can be expensive, but you pay for the great quality of work. I am absolutely the biggest fan of Megan in the service department because it is incredible to see such a strong female leader in this, typically, male-dominated field. Unlike other service leaders who sometimes talk above my head and guilt me into more costly repairs, she puts it into novice terms and makes me feel secure in the work they are doing. Similarly, Jamie from Quick Service is consistently friendly and makes sure she gets customers the best deal, while preserving the financial and personal integrity of the company. These ladies are experts in customer service and making their clients feel like Jack Maxton is on their side. The second I speak to either of them, I feel security regarding one of the most vulnerable assets in modern society, my method of transportation. When the service is reliable, I trust that my vehicle will be as well! Marvelous job well done to these great ladies! More
