Everyone was so kind and did a great job. I appreciated that everyone had a mask on also. I had to have my baby with me so I was nervous about being her into a public place d/t covid. One of the mechanics even held the door for me so that I could get the stroller inside. They were so fast that I think it took more time to get the baby out of the car than the oil change. More
For the most part very pleased. While fixing passenger window the Service man scratched the tint and maybe the window. Service agreed to have me get it fixed and it would be reimbursed. I was not very happy with the way I got treated. I have been a customer at Jack Maxton for about 20 years. I had ball between 8 to 10 cars and that time frame. Back in October I bought a truck about a mont been a customer at Jack Maxton for about 20 years. I had ball between 8 to 10 cars and that time frame. Back in October I bought a truck about a month ago I turned the air on and it did not work so I took it in to have it looked at just to be total cost me over $1,000 to fix. No one runs there are through the winter time. I was also told that the dealership and Chevy was aware that's a Silverado air compressors a problems and they still will not fix it but the company was aware there was an issue. I have bought two cars in the last 3 years from Jack Maxton if $1,000 is not worth me staying as a customer I will be more happy take my business elsewhere More

I visited the quick service area for an oil change yesterday. Service was friendly and fast. All staff were very friendly.
