It was a terrible experience, and I will no longer use Jack Madden Ford. I sent a long email on this and of course no one responded. The service approach didn't make sense/wasn't explained to me, the representative didn't take my concerns into account or answer my questions, the diagnostic price was exorbitant (over $1500) without any repairs), and the service representative was rude, dismissive, and didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. It's the worst service I've received at a dealer in 20 years. I'm not even sure why I'm explaining this again even after sending a detailed email. More
