Customer Service rating reflects the fact that I was told it would be 4 hours for an alignment on my car, but when I went back 7 hours later I was told they still needed 15-20 minutes to clean it up and do t it would be 4 hours for an alignment on my car, but when I went back 7 hours later I was told they still needed 15-20 minutes to clean it up and do the paperwork. I was there an hour. So, 8 hours for a quoted 4 hour job. Now they did not promise it in 4 hours, but I was told I would be called if it was going to take longer, or if they "found" anything - no call, thus I thought the 7 hour mark would be safe. The Quality of Work rating reflects the fact that the receipt stated the car was washed. Although this was complimentary, the car was NOT washed - at all. The receipt also said a couple of other services, such as checks on various items were completed. I have to assume that since it was not washed, those probably were not done either. Lets not forget I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes when I arrived because they were cleaning it up. The only reason I rated it a 3 is because I believe the alignment is better, although it really wasn't that bad to begin with. Overall experience is a little high too at 3 (probably a 2), now that I think about it, but I am very happy with another purchase and my past experiences here, so I am cutting them some slack. With respect to price, it is a Porsche, but double what it costs to do a Volvo - really?!? With respect to recommending; I would not "not recommend," but I am not sure I would go out of my way to recommend anymore either. And I am not looking for a free service, so if this does happen to be seen thanks, but you can give it to someone else. More
The electrical system went out in my Volvo. I called Mr. Lenox and told him we needed the automobile the next day to go to Birmingham for a doctor's visit. He said if I could bring the car in at that time, Lenox and told him we needed the automobile the next day to go to Birmingham for a doctor's visit. He said if I could bring the car in at that time, that he would keep a service technition there until I came. They had everything in tip-top shape in less than 1 hour. I was not surprised, as this is typical of the service we have always received from Tom Lenox! More
I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. I have 4 vehicles that COULD be serviced at this dealership; however, not once in the numerous times I have used them has the service department staff been competent. that COULD be serviced at this dealership; however, not once in the numerous times I have used them has the service department staff been competent. Example: Lost the keys to our new car and took 2 weeks to find out that the salesman had them in his DESK! Example: Lost (yes, I said lost) my daughters' VW Beetle for over an hour. Their response?? Are you sure it's here? Example: took 3 weeks to NOT fix our Audi. It broke down across the street right after we picked it up. (Tom Williams in BHM fixed it immediately). Example: Considered buying a Nissan titan...sales manager was driving it when I went to look at it (refused to bring it back until the next day...AND smoked in it..NO SALE). Example: Volvo S60...needed fuel regulator replaced, service manager couldn't even tell me how much labor for the job AND transferred me over to the parts dept to get MY OWN price on the part. To top it off, I had called 3 times and left messages. Finally spoke w/ someone and experienced the fiasco noted above. Only to have them call me back and because he "had a message to call me". When I complained about their service and told him I would be going to another dealership....his response?? 'Okay, thank you'. Needless to day I will be telling everyone I know not to use this dealership. Believe me, if it was just one issue I would give them another chance. But I've never had a good experience ever with this dealership! More
I would like to update this review based on my follow-up experience with this dealer. Mr Ingram contacted me after my last visit and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work done I my car. I went back and he met me at the curb and introduced me to Mr. White (the head mechanic). We went over my car bumper to bumper and Mr. White made sure I knew what was done. I now feel completely comfortable with making my cross country drive and am fully satisfied with how Mr. Ingram handled things. I would now recommend this dealer but would advise that if you want to know brake wear, fluid levels, etc that you request that be written down for you when you drop off the car. I am sure they would accomodate that request. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This was the second time I took my Volvo to this dealer and the service was just as bad this time as last, in fact, it was much worse. I brought my car in for the 52,500 mile service. I was told it would take about 2 hours and that they would call when it was done, but after 6 hours I called to see when my car would be done. Tom wasn't in so I had to wait about 45 minutes for him to call me back. Only Tom can answer any questions at all about Volvo's including what seems to be a very simple question such as can I schedule an appointment or is my car ready. When I picked up my car, the receipt did not list what checks were done on the car. There was no indication of tire wear, brake wear, fluid levels, etc. I asked for a list of what was done and after waiting for Tom to return was given a generic check list for a 2007 Volvo (I have a 2008) and was told that the check was like the 7,500 mile check. I asked again what was done and Tom told me all the stuff on the list. I asked how I knew it was done and he said "because I said so". That was appalling to me. The dealer I used to go to provided me a detailed list of what was done, wear levels on brakes and tires, fluid levels, etc. Even Jiffy Lube does this! Needless to say by this time I was extremely frustrated and Tom was very rude and condescending. I guess when you are the only Volvo dealer around you can be rude to your customers. So, after leaving my car all day, I have no confidence that the checks that should have been performed were performed, since Tom didn't seem to have a list of 52,500 mile checks for a 2008 Volvo. I have no indication of brake wear. I have no confidence that my car is ready for my 2,100 mile trip to California. There is a number on the receipt to call if you aren't satisfied. I called and was directed to Tom! I will NEVER bring my car back here. I guess I was spoiled by my old dealership that treated me well, provided quality service in a timely manner, provided a printed list of what was done and the results of the checks, provided coffee/water/snacks if you waited and washed and vacuumed your car after EVERY service - even a basic oil change! More

He made us feel welcome and right at home, he seemed to REALLY care and want us to be happy! We looked at the Porsche Boxter Spyder and Larry and his crew worked with us to make it happen! They all went above and beyond. My son has his new Porsche Boxter Spyder which he loves and thanks to the hard work of Larry and Kara Killough my son was able to drive the Porsche to his prom and he was ecstatic! I would also like to thank Robbie Poole who knows these cars like the back of his hand and was most kind and helpful also. THANKS SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT JACK INGRAM for making our Porsche Dreams a reality! More

TOm Lenox has taken care of me and my volvo xc90 for 3 years now. I frequently deploy to the desert in the AF and he always fixes it up before I leave so I can have piece of mind my family is driving saf years now. I was very impressed with the folks at Jack Ingram Audi. I went in last Saturday morning to look for a 2012 Audi TT Coupe. The dealership did not have one. However, they quickly found one in Coral Springs I went in last Saturday morning to look for a 2012 Audi TT Coupe. The dealership did not have one. However, they quickly found one in Coral Springs. It was the only one in the region. Four days later the vehicle was in Montgomery. I had it the next day. I personally want to thank Mo, Lin, Robbie, and Kara for making this buying experience a real joy, considering most previous vehicle purchases over the years have been a pain. Their focus on the needs of the customer is very apparent. I applaud them. It speaks highly for their Audi dealership. Finally, I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I would also highly recommend checking them out before making a vehicle purchase. Thanks again! Keep up the great work! More
