My customer service specialist...Carlos (salesperson) was very helpful and patient. I felt like he listened and then did what he could to help. Tim, the finance manager has always been just as helpful and took the time to explain everything to my understanding. It didnt take all day long, I was there maybe two hours and was driving off the lot. They will do all that they can to help you and to make sure that you leave satisfied. I knew it was going to be a pleasurable experience when Ms. Doniver called to let me know she would be aiding with the financing of a car. Her tone was very hospitable, proficient, and made you feel comfortable. She called me back in a couple of days as she stated, letting me know I can pick up my car. I was very amazed how fast she took care of business and I did not have to lift a finger!
