My husband and I purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer a year ago from a different car lot and has had several mechanical problems with it I travel quite of My husband and I purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer a year ago from a different car lot and has had several mechanical problems with it I travel quite often, and I need a reliable vehicle, so it was very frustrating to have to deal with so many problems so soon. We finally agreed to trade the vehicle in to get a newer, more reliable vehicle. I was set on getting a Nissan Pathfinder, but I wasn't sure if we'd get approved for it or be able to afford it so we went in with the intent on getting a 2010 or 2011 SUV from the value lot. We left out of there with a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, and Jeff Campbell went out of his way to assure that we left there with a newer and reliable vehicle. I've never been to a car lot and dealt with a salesman who seemed to care so much!!! I would highly recommend him to others! More
