After comprising a plan and narrowing my car choices down, I wanted to go see what I would be potentially driving in the near future. Mr. Spears greeted my family and I with a friendly smile and confidence. He broadened my horizon of car choices and answered all of the questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed and told me about all of the deals and incentives that were available to me. He made a promising follow up call on Tuesday after our encounter Saturday and I am glad he did. That same day he followed up, I was able to purchase the car.
