Dissapointed For the last month I've taken my car to this dealership about stalling. They cannot figure out why. Its a 2011 Buick Regal. Always A Great Experience! Two and a half years ago, I was interested in leasing a small SUV. I stumbled upon the GMC terrain, and made a quick stop in to take it for a test dri Two and a half years ago, I was interested in leasing a small SUV. I stumbled upon the GMC terrain, and made a quick stop in to take it for a test drive. I was immediately sold, not by the car, but how kind and smooth the entire experience was. It was very easy and simple doing business here - it left an impression on us! This week, my daughter had been looking for a truck, specifically a Ford. Even though this is a GMC / Chevy dealership, I told her to give them a call, just because it was so awesome doing business there before. Surprisingly, they had just what she was looking for at a great price! Eli let us take the truck for a test drive. He ended up walking us thru the entire sales process, and made it such a pleasurable and awesome time for my daughter (this was her first purchase of a car ever!). He was never pushy, was always accommodating, and made everything as simple as possible. Great guy - I'm looking forward to working with him in the future! Pam in finance was a DOLL. What a kind lady! We had a little bump in the road that freaked my daughter out, but she took care of it and immediately solved the problem! Such a great lady, loved working with her! Overall, I would always bring my business here (and it's a 40 minute drive for me!). Love this place! More

Didn't do what I requested & questioned my request for servi I went to Wilson to have a slow leaking tire fixed. The write up person told me he could take care of it. I had an appointment with their tire "specia I went to Wilson to have a slow leaking tire fixed. The write up person told me he could take care of it. I had an appointment with their tire "specialist", but he didn't ask. He drove away with the vehicle & returned in 15 minutes. All was fine, he visually didn't find a nail in any tire. He did inflate all four to the correct level. I tried to convince him that there was a slow leak & the tire had to be filled every three days. He claimed all tires lose air & there was no leak. I found the leak that weekend & marked it so I could show him. When I returned to the dealer he wouldn't deal with me & went to his supervisor. I showed the supervisor the leak & explained my frustration at not having it fixed the first time. The supervisor said the leak was too close to the sidewall & claimed it couldn't be fixed. HE DIDN'T EVEN MEASURE THE DISTANCE. I proceeded to TIRES PLUS & showed them the leak. TIRES PLUS also explained that the leak was close to the sidewall & would need to verify if they could fix it. TIRES PLUS did fix the leak. What really ticked me off was that the write guy didn't have a qualified person check for a leak & I had to return a second time & was basically refused service. GOOD BYE WILSON BUICK. More

Service dept. said i needed fuel injectors cleaned{which i also declined} i just ran lucas fuel treatment thru truck. Beware of these guys, especially if you are from out of state. Can't wait to pen a letter to the St. Augustine Record about my experience... More
