I stumbled upon the GMC terrain, and made a quick stop in to take it for a test drive. I was immediately sold, not by the car, but how kind and smooth the entire experience was. It was very easy and simple doing business here - it left an impression on us! This week, my daughter had been looking for a truck, specifically a Ford. Even though this is a GMC / Chevy dealership, I told her to give them a call, just because it was so awesome doing business there before. Surprisingly, they had just what she was looking for at a great price! Eli let us take the truck for a test drive. He ended up walking us thru the entire sales process, and made it such a pleasurable and awesome time for my daughter (this was her first purchase of a car ever!). He was never pushy, was always accommodating, and made everything as simple as possible. Great guy - I'm looking forward to working with him in the future! Pam in finance was a DOLL. What a kind lady! We had a little bump in the road that freaked my daughter out, but she took care of it and immediately solved the problem! Such a great lady, loved working with her! Overall, I would always bring my business here (and it's a 40 minute drive for me!). Love this place! More
