I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Denali Ultimate. During the test drive, I noticed that the tires appeared to be out of balance, causing a noticeable vibration. I brought this to the attention of the salesperson, who was aware of the issue, as well as one of the managers. I was assured that the vehicle would be returned to the service department and inspected to address the concern. However, I do not believe this inspection was ever completed. After the paperwork was signed and I began driving the vehicle home, I received low tire pressure warnings for both rear tires. Upon checking them, I discovered that both rear tires were approximately 20 PSI below the recommended pressure. This raises serious concerns for me about whether the vehicle was actually inspected as I requested and as I was told it would be. I was also informed that a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) had been completed. Given the condition of the tires and the fact that both rear tires were significantly underinflated, I also have concerns about whether the PDI was properly performed. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation that it had been thoroughly inspected and was ready for delivery. Unfortunately, my experience immediately after leaving the dealership has caused me to question whether the necessary inspections and service were actually completed. More
