Said they "detailed" my car. Picked it up...no washer fluid, leaves and grass all inside the hood of the car, dirt. Brought it back to put washer fluid in and get "detailed" again...Mike assured me it was all perfect. Apparently, didn't even check, drove it off the lot...NO WASHER FLUID. Someone came out to put washer fluid in and tons of leaves and grass in the hood of the car. Also told me I had to PAY to clean my used car I turned in and gave me the worst deal ever. Never cleaned it, just put it right out front. Bought an Envista, told me it had ambient lighting. Bought the Envision instead because Envista does NOT. They did not give me a great deal on that either (the issue above). No offer of water, coffee, snacks while you sit there for 3 hours. Hardly anywhere to sit...and on top of that...didn't know anything about the car..I would ask questions and he would say.."uummmm, I'm not sure". When I asked about issues with the car "I'm not sure" If youre' managing a place, you should look at every single car that goes off that lot and make sure it's in pristine condition. More

Trey and the GM service tech (sorry never learned his name) were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning and replaced the starter motor. In and out of the dealership in under 3 hours. I picked up my second Buick from this dealership at the very end of February. Nobody ever followed up to see how I liked the car, etc. After several months I realized I have not received a new registration very end of February. I called to speak to my sales representative but he’s no longer there. I called twice today and every person the receptionist switched me to was futile. All I got was a voicemail message. Several hours have gone by and no response has called me. I can’t continue to drive without a registration. This is horrible service that one, no one ever contacted me about my car, and two, that I can’t speak to someone immediately about this. I can’t, in good faith, recommend this dealership. More
Drove 2 hours to the dealership to look at a 2015 Tahoe. We test drove it and wanted it. List price was 21777.00. sales woman came back with the agreement and it has 2000.00 added to list price because w We test drove it and wanted it. The 20777.00 became 29255.00. are you kidding me. The sales women said those fees were for transporting,clean up ECT. We left. 9000.00 more we had nothing to talk about. Sales manager called us back and said he would remove all fees and give us a 70000 mile warranty... This dealership showed me what they are made of... Run from these folks!!! No ethics... I should have not wasted my time. Shady shady shady More

Despite all those things not being able to be done because I am without my vehicle, I have not received one phone call with an update on the status of my vehicle as of today. I went to the dealership one day to get some paperwork on the new truck and that is when I learned of the back order on the second transmission. Imagine how I felt when I pulled up and saw both of my trucks sitting side by side neither one of them working and both with the same issue. Buyers beware of this dealership. They only care about one thing and that is the bottom line of that sale. They offered a more expansive vehicle to me to purchase even after I gave them my affordable price range. Again, that bottom line was there goal! My truck been there over 30 days! More
I left the service department after paying a ridiculous amount of money on repairs only for it to BREAK DOWN a mile down the road. The service manager came out yelling loudly at me that it was all our fault, and charged me even more to fix the car. He was so demeaning that I literally say in their waiting room in tears with no one coming to speak with me. When I was called about my complain later, Mr. Council told me he would look into it and make it right, but then refused to return any of my contact attempts afterword. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Belittling women and car repairs that dont last 5 minutes. Terrible. More

They seriously try to up sale things you don't need, not to mention including undisclosed fees. Oh and you cannot pay cash for the vehicle, it HAS to be financed, and it HAS to be to their choosing/interest rate. The finance officer was very condescending. We begin the electronic signature program, which was "having issues". Needless to say we didn't get a copy of the documents we signed. Several requests later, we STILL didn't get a copy.We left his office and returned to the showroom, where no one was! We literally had to stand and wait for the salesman to return, who handed us the keys and said "congratulations". We got ZERO introduction to our new vehicle and its functions. We really wanted this vehicle, or we wouldn't have agreed to the many alternative issues we encountered. We sent an email to Mr. Hanania Jr, who deferred to the New Car Sales Manager, who left us a pleasant voicemail, but never returned our call. That's been over a week ago. The only restitution we requested was the documentation of our transaction, which he did mail. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There actually are good, honest dealers out there...just not this one!!! More
Not a trust worthy or professional service department. I had an issue on a new truck and after half a dozen visits, the fix was worse than the problem. I would like to highly recommend Hanania Buick, GMC in St Augustine Florida. I had the best time with Mike Sabadosa, he is patient and listened to what I was looking for and together we made an excellent dec Augustine Florida. I had the best time with Mike Sabadosa, he is patient and listened to what I was looking for and together we made an excellent decision with a Buick Enclave. Mike is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the buying process, very organized and the complete process was under 4 hours. That included financing, plates, registration, detail prep and gas for the new car. If you are in the area stop and ask for Mike, he will work for you and get you a great deal. More
