I found a car that I really like and that works well for me for a decent price, and they were willing to work with me on some issues I was having with my bank. The main problems I'm having are with some things that should have been taken care of before I purchased the car, such as deep scratches to the car and other cosmetic damage, as well as low air pressure on the tires and lack of windshield wiper fluid (which were supposed to be checked in the pre-inspection). However, when I took it in, they took care of it for me, I just had to go back a couple of times to get it all taken care of. I was also unimpressed with how one of the managers (I presume) was talking to new employees when I was waiting for some fixes to be made to my car, so they could definitely improve on how they treat their salespeople and other employees. More

Ariel was I most appreciated gathering information via email with Lucas Dell. That was what appealed to me of the 5 dealerships I contacted initially. Ariel was very helpful and knowledgeable. If she was unsure, she got the answer right away. I appreciated that Jack Ellen’s staff set up the phone and special door-locking characteristics to my specifications, Staff was always checking on me if I had to wait for any reason. There must have been 7 different people who helped in some way, including the owner coming out to offer congratulations. I have never had a minute of trouble with past Honda’s, so I look forward to several years’ safe and carefree driving. I also anticipate great service when I come in for check ups, oil changes, etc. it was fun to be Ariel’s first sale. More

Clearly not valuing my time When I purchased my new vehicle (which was a great experience), I also chose several accessories to add to the vehicle. I was told that parts generally take 24 hours to come in and to anticipate 4 hours for installation (likely would be 3.5 hours but, just in case, plan for 4 hours). A week later I hadn’t been notified of the parts coming in so called and was ultimately scheduled to have the accessories installed 11 days after purchasing the vehicle. So I brought in the car and settled into the waiting room with activities to pass the time. After 4.5 hours of waiting, I inquired when I might expect to be back on the road. I was told they were on the 3rd of the 3 accessories so shouldn’t be much longer. After 6 hours of waiting, I was told (1) they were still working and it would be at least another 45 minutes and (2) the service manager had warned the salesperson this would take 1/2 a day. As I was rather ticked at this time so decided I needed to walk away so notified the service department I would be going for a walk and would be back in 45 minutes. I’ve now been back for 15 minutes and, shockingly, 7 hours into this “half-day” project the car still isn’t ready. I’m not sure how a business can run with this level of incompetence but they’ll be doing so in the future without my business. More
