However, Marc has been, by far, the most professional and courteous of them all. He works hard to earn and keep the respect of his customers. He is responsive to questions. He seeks out answers if he doesn't have the info at hand. He's eager to show off his Hondas--there's a real pride in the product there. He respects his clients' opinions and is a good listener (that's real rare these days!). He waits until you're done expressing yourself before jumping in and then considers his response to your statement or question.
