One of the best car shopping experiences ever. This was my first time buying a car all on my own and I am so happy I ended up at Ellena Honda. After a negative experience at another dealership I al This was my first time buying a car all on my own and I am so happy I ended up at Ellena Honda. After a negative experience at another dealership I almost went home but decided to head over to the Honda dealership. This was a great decision. The dealer I worked with, Michael, was beyond helpful. I have really horrible credit and instead of making promises they couldn't keep, Michael and his manager were upfront with me about the problem that this could cause but assured me they would work as hard as it took to see if they could get me into a car. They didn't just try to shove me towards a cheaper car with lots of mileage but instead listened to what I wanted. In the end they somehow worked it all out and managed to get my payments to a reasonable amount and I drove off in my new car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More
