It was a breath of fresh air to walk into Jack Ellena Honda and see Julio jump up and greet us before we got off the entry rug. He was extremely informative, knew his inventory and easy to talk to and be honest with him about our decision making process. We did not buy right away but he kept in touch with us and after having negative experience at Olathe Honda we came back to Julio and wanted to buy from him. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in and the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L we bought. We couldn't be happier with our decision. More

Overall, good experience I should start by saying that I have a personal disliking for the car buying experience. I find the whole "wheeling & dealing" aspect extremely tedio I should start by saying that I have a personal disliking for the car buying experience. I find the whole "wheeling & dealing" aspect extremely tedious. So, in terms that are more understandable for the audience, I think that a better rating scale, for me, would read: "on a scale from 1-10 with 1 being an experience that makes you most uncomfortable (think root canal or limb amputation) and 10 being an experience that makes you most comfortable (think vacation to Jamaica or trip to the spa) how would you rank your experience with this dealership?" Now this is a scale that I can wrap my mind around and I would give this a solid 6. It was not as painful as root canal but, neither was it as pleasant as a trip to the spa. However, the people were friendly and I understand that they have a difficult job, so I appreciate their efforts. And, if I am being completely honest, this was probably the best "car buying" experience that I've ever had. Still, I am not in a rush to buy another car anytime soon. Thanks for your help. More
