I have been driving vehicles for over 40 years and I have never had the good fortune to have my vehicles repaired and serviced as I have with Jack Ellena Honda. The service team are knowledgeable, courteous, truthful and always looking out for the customers best interest. Recently I have moved from Lawrence and now have a 50 minute drive to Ellena Honda and it is worth my while to drive that far, to know that I am getting the best service I can. More

Test drive of two used vehicles and a purchase one My college age daughter was in need of a vehicle. I researched vehicles on the internet and found vehicles we were in interested in, one being at thi My college age daughter was in need of a vehicle. I researched vehicles on the internet and found vehicles we were in interested in, one being at this dealership, which was a 2010 Toyota Corolla. We set an appointment time, to which we arrived late and the salesman was very courteous and accompanying. We arrived and test drove the Corolla and decided it wasn't quite what my daughter was looking for so we looked at a 2012 Ford Focus. We decided the vehicle could be a fit in the payments, financing and insurance would work. We initiated the process and found that everything would work for us and decided to purchased. The overall all process was good, although the wait time to get with the financial processor was a little lengthy at an hour. The weather was good that day and with the time of year with tax refunds being received, it was busy at the dealership. We left overall satisfied after about four hours total time. More
