We learned that the car we were interested in had been sold a few days earlier, but there were a couple of others on the lot that were in our price range, both with better trim packages than the one we had picked out. Sales person Thom Weik was really great to work with. We never felt any pressure--he was patient with us, and explained everything thoroughly, plus he was friendly and personable, and really made the whole thing a very pleasant experience. Victor was also friendly and personable and very thorough as he walked us through the financial bits. It's been a while since we bought a car, and we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with this experience. More

Thom is great! Love my CR-V! Thom helped me compare model years and trim packages on the Honda CR-V. We drove several and moved car seats over for a test fit. I felt I got a fair price on the car and I am very happy with the car. I was able to fit 3 booster car seats across the back, and it drives like a dream. The rear cargo area fits everything I need. The CR-V did have a screw in the front tire at time of purchase and they put a new tire on the very next morning- no issues! I also forgot a sentimental picture in my trade in vehicle and Thom found it for me and held on to it until I came to pick it up! Thanks Thom and Jack Ellena Honda!!! More
