Service department Took my vehicle in for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. During the 100 point inspection the tech found a dirty air filter and cabin filters. I had the cabin filters which they changed and had the air filter changed also. I have always had great customer service at Jack Ellena Honda.and very reasonable prices for the work done. Not good service for older cars I serviced my 2008 Fit here regularly for the first seven years. Two years ago I paid for a tire rotation which was not performed. I know this because I serviced my 2008 Fit here regularly for the first seven years. Two years ago I paid for a tire rotation which was not performed. I know this because the tire had a slow leak. Jack Ellena Honda said I had a nail close to the rim of that tire and would have to have it replaced. I declined, as the tire was under warranty elsewhere. The tire shop ordered a replacement. When it came in, they found the old tire was patchable and I have put another 15,000!miles on it since with no problems. Recently I brought the misfiring car in for diagnostics, which cost $70. The replacement part, a coil, was estimated at $335 plus “shop charge.” We purchased an OM coil for $65 at a local auto parts store and installed it within 15 minutes. I’ve been bombarded with trade-in offers and uninvited solicitations from salespeople while in the Jack Ellena waiting room. When the time comes to trade in my car, I’ll look for a dealer that will take care of us for the next 10 years. More
