Another great service appointment yesterday Had my 06 Element in for general maintenance yesterday. Lori and Dennis were super as always. Oil change transmission fluid change and tire rotation. Great experience My wife and I are younger, with minimal experience in dealing with Car Dealerships, so this review will mainly pertain to the younger, rather inexperi My wife and I are younger, with minimal experience in dealing with Car Dealerships, so this review will mainly pertain to the younger, rather inexperienced folks who have just started families and/or just getting out on their feet. We have purchased 3 vehicles from 3 different dealerships and the associates at Jack Ellena were by far the most comfortable, professional dealership to deal with - with great associates and sales teams. Kolton was our salesman and was very comfortable and confident in his demeanor. Of course his job is to sell us a car to the dealers favor, but his approach was very professional and approachable. The team treated us with complete care and explained everything each step of the way. We were purchasing one of the cheapest Hondas on the lot, but it appeared that we would have been treated the same if it were a 40k new Honda. Service was above and beyond. They even included the cars floor mats and a tank of gas! (Unlike several other dealerships within the Lawrence/KC area...strange I know). We will be going to Jack Ellena for full service on our Hondas and will likely deal exclusively with them for quite a while. Thanks Kolton and Team! More
