I had bought 3 cars from them and helped 3 more my neighbour's to buy Honda but when it came to buy my lease to buy option my car holds the value of$ 16000 was offered to me in $26000 and I never missed my payments. Got the vehicle I wanted I’d done my homework and knew what kind of vehicle I wanted. Test drove it, but didn’t have color I wanted and I didn’t need it quickly. Two months I’d done my homework and knew what kind of vehicle I wanted. Test drove it, but didn’t have color I wanted and I didn’t need it quickly. Two months later went in negotiated a fair price, nothing to brag about, but fair. They found the color I wanted. Never felt pressured during the two month period; never felt pressured while negotiating either. Down side is they knew exactly when I was coming back to get the car and the paperwork was “being worked on”. This is 3rd vehicle we’ve bought from Ellena. Their service manager, Dennis, is excellent and he runs a good shop. More

Best service center in Lawrence I’ve purchased 3 cars with Jack Ellena Honda and always had a great experience. The salesmen and service center bring me back each time. Last week I I’ve purchased 3 cars with Jack Ellena Honda and always had a great experience. The salesmen and service center bring me back each time. Last week I took my civic in for maintenance, was greeted by a friendly gal, welcomed into a comfortable waiting room with coffee and cookies...and early evening baseball game on the large tv. My car was ready in about 30 minutes, filters changed...in and out. Thank you for being my favorite service center:) More

CHRISTOPHER IS THOROUGHGOING, COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL My first experience at Ellena Honda was with Davion. I had my car in the service department with an oil issue . After the diagnosis I picked my car u My first experience at Ellena Honda was with Davion. I had my car in the service department with an oil issue . After the diagnosis I picked my car up and asked Davion if the oil level was checked and filled.Davion reassured me oil level was full. . I left the dealership drove about 20 miles and the oil light came on. I immediately pulled over checked the oil level and it was EMPTY NO OIL WAS PUT IN THE CAR. Thankfully I was very close to a Walmart, I purchased 5 quarts of oil . I POURED ALL 5 QUARTS OF OIL IN. I reached out to Davion and explained to him what happened...that he allowed me to leave the dealership with NO OIL in my car. Davion said ...I don't know what you're talking about we filled it. I again made it clear I didn't even drive the car 20miles away from the dealership and the oil alert light came on and I had to put 5 quarts in the car. Again, Davion did not own up to this critical mistake.He did not even have the common courtesy to apologize. I then reached out to service manager Dennis Griffin about what happened. Dennis became irate was shouting at me,again nobody wanted to take responsibility for this VERY SERIOUS MISTAKE. I was in the process of purchasing a new car from this dealership during this experience ... after dealing with Davion and Dennis I was going to purchase elsewhere... I was done with Ellena Honda...until Sales Manager Christopher Hess reached out. Chris is very professional,he will go above and beyond to take care of you. He is respectful and sincere about customer appreciation.. Chris is great...he turned a very very negative experience into a very positive one. Chris is complete with regard to every detail . Chris is an asset to the future success of this dealership. Unfortunately I will never return with my 2018 Honda I purchased from this dealership for any service. However, I will definitely recommend Chris Hess when purchasing a new car! My 5 star rating goes to Chris Hess!!! More
