Tried to sell me tires... Again I was told I needed all new tires. Bought 50,000 mile tires and have less than 20,000 miles on them and they told me they need to be replaced. They so I was told I needed all new tires. Bought 50,000 mile tires and have less than 20,000 miles on them and they told me they need to be replaced. They sold me these tires a year ago. Either they lied about needing new tires, screwed up the install on them a year ago, or lied about what they sold me last year. Either way, something super shady is going on. More

I scheduled an appointment to come in but the dealership was not ready f Poor customer service. I'm relatively young, (23) and was treated like a kid. I scheduled an appointment to come in but the dealership was not ready for me at all. I came in talked to the receptionist but still had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even talked to me. The used car manager finally came and talked to me before dumping me on the new car sales manager who eventually dumped me off on an actual salesman. The used car manager was rude, answered my questions begrudgingly and didn't know what he was talking about when he tried to answer my questions. The new car manager was kinder but didn't know much about the cars and couldn't answer most of my questions. I don't remember either of their names, otherwise I would call them by name. But I remember them identifying themselves as the used and new car managers. The salesman, Charles, was the saving grace and the reason this isn't a 1-star rating. He was pretty knowledgeable despite it only being his second week on the job. Very friendly, and didn't claim to know more than he knew. Was willing to say "I don't know" and look things up rather than making things up. I have lived in Lawrence my entire life and love to shop local, even if it's a chair/large corporation. But poor service forced me to instead buy in Olathe. Co-workers have described similar interactions at Jack Ellena. Won't be heading back there anytime soon -they new staff. Definitely did NOT "like it here" as their slogan implies. More

Satisfactory experience Service department of this dealership did satisfactory complete the work requested. I requested the a/c fan motor be replaced as well as the left fro Service department of this dealership did satisfactory complete the work requested. I requested the a/c fan motor be replaced as well as the left front window regulator. Both repairs were completed promptly. However, the a/c did not blow cold air. I returned the next day and requested the a/c unit be recharged, which was also promptly completed. I would have given a 5 star review if the a/c would of been checked for cold air, notified it wasn't, and given the option of having the unit charged all on the same day. I appreciated the dealership not asking me about repairs needed that I didn't request to be done, but having the a/c blow warm air defeated the purpose of repairing the a/c motor. More

A.C. repair Honda dealership was chosen because it's their brand. They would or should have the most knowledge.
