He walked us through the process, took us for a test drive, and was an overall pleasant person. We were able to trade in my BMW and pick up our A4 two days later with absolutely no hassell. Not only is the service terrible, every time I've had to bring my car back to fix something else they messed up. They just care about your money, and as soon as there is a problem, neither your rep nor management will call you back to follow up. Do not expect anything from them. They DO NOT care about you. I will never recommend or purchase an Audi again because they have tainted the brand for me. More
