One of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had! Imani Murray was an outstanding salesperson, and I highly recommend asking for him when you visit Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. I give him two thumbs up — he's very honest, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Whether I called, texted, or emailed, Imani responded almost instantly every time. That level of communication made everything smooth and stress-free. The Finance Manager, Mantas, was also a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward, didn’t pressure me into any additional financing options, and made the paperwork part of the process very easy. I had a really great experience at this dealership. I wanted a specific car they had in stock so I worked with Miguel remotely and I drove out to pick it up. He had PLENTY of opportunity to try to pull a bait and switch and he did not. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was pleasant, smart and very straightforward from business manager to the tech person. Miguel was so warm and responsive. He gave me a great deal and he had me in and out. My pick up was seamless. I really appreciate how they do business and I would absolutely recommend them and work with them again.

Bought a Q5e last December and q0 months later I am told that I needed 4 new tires for a cost of $1,500. That is 12,000 miles and I needed new tires already. I was told that this is a known problem with the electric and hyrbid cars due to their weight but that was not disclosed upon purchase. As per their direction I called Audi inc because as they stated it was a company issue and not local and when the company rep called me back they stated that Jack Daniels told her that the tires wore so quickly because I go "off-roading" in my vehicle. Who would go off-roading in an audi? Better yet, who would lie to corporate like Jack Daniels did. A terrible experience and company. Buyer beware from this company.

Since December, they had my etron for over two months! My car had a recall to fix a sunroof leak. They tried three separate times! Today they delivered my car back to me and it had a puddle of standing water in the driver side floorboard! Who the xxxx delivers a fully electric car with standing water in it????? Especially after having the car for two months to try and fix a leaking sunroof???? These guys are pathetic and they all need to lose their jobs!

Our sales agent was very helpful, always pleasant, solved any problems or issues, so that everyone was happy at the end of the purchase process.
