Would not recommend. At all. I was looking to see if there were any good Audi dealer service alternatives in Bergen County, so I decided to give these guys a shot on a basic oil c I was looking to see if there were any good Audi dealer service alternatives in Bergen County, so I decided to give these guys a shot on a basic oil change, a smaller break issue, and a part defect that I assumed would be covered under warranty on my 1+ yr old Q5 Audi w/ less than 15K miles on it, seeing thier service center is right in Fair Lawn, NJ off of Rt 208. After a full day of having my car, I was told they'd need to keep it an extra day, that I'd be charged close to $140 for an oil change, and the (very small) part that I needed to be replaced had to be ordered and would not be in for 3 weeks. After agreeing to paying the $130 oil change (STRIKE #1) and agreeing to come back in 3 weeks for my part once it arrived, I picked up the car, and the breaks still squeaked, but now worse than before (STRIKE #2) . So before I drove the car home I told the service manager on duty about the breaks squeaking and mostly blew it off, explaining to me that "it would work itself out" and explaining to me the intricacies of how breaks work. Because I guess in my 45 years I've never owned a car that had brake work done to it. But I digress. So I left it w/ the manager that if the break issue didn't "work itself out", they'd look at it again in 3 weeks when I came to get my part installed. Well after 3 weeks of driving a car w/ squeaky breaks, my AC started to blow foul smelling air - which pre-break job was fine. (STRIKE #3) And then to make matters worse, no call from the manager telling me to come in and my part was ready. (STRIKE #4) So after 3 calls to him and no call back, I finally got in touch and was told the replacement part would be the next week I reminded him about break issue and told him about the new issue w/ the AC and he mostly blew it off, saying they'd fix it all when I brought it in, before dismissing me and blindly transferring me to an assistant who books service and had no idea who I was or where I had come from. So I booked my appt for the following week, which is week #4, and hoped for the best. Well unfortunately best did not happen, as I brought the car in and (you guessed it) they needed an extra day because the part they got was not complete (STRIKE #5), and it was coming tomorrow. But here's the coup de grace, fixing the AC smell was going to cost me between $180 and $500 to "maybe" fix. When I bought up the fact that it was not smelling before my break job and asked if the smell might have do w/ what was done , the manager was dismissive and started to lecture me on why cars need their full service and not "just oil changes", as if I did the full service (which you guessed it, would have been more $$ than the $140 I paid for the oil change), the AC issue might not have occurred.(STRIKE #6, etc) Needless to say, my experience w/ Jack Daniels Service was far from good and my search for Audi dealer service alternatives in Bergen County will continue. More
Excellent Service and follow-up I leased a 2014 Audi from Jack Daniels Paramus and was very pleased with the service at that time. Tal Vander, the sales person followed up with the regularly after the lease completion to make sure I was satisfied. When the lease expired, I leased a new 2017 Audi A4, and Tal did a great job throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Tal and the dealership in general. I would also add that the service department is excellent. More

I found Jack Daniels off of TrueCar and I was so glad I did! From the first phone call with Terry to the delivery of the car I was thoroughly impressed by the patience, professionalism and overall approachable personality that Terry showed. He was very enthusiastic of my first Audi purchase and it was nice to speak to someone that made you feel like a part of the Audi family. I highly recommend Terry! Since he has been doing this for so long he isn't trying to get the most money out of you. He is genuinely trying to get the customer the best deal, which was proven by other dealers who refused to come close to his price. When my lease is up in 3 years I will be going back and I will be recommending Jack Daniels Audi to all my friends and family! More

The only thing that would have made my car buying experience better at Jack Daniels Audi was if the car came with a bottle of it's namesake. On 1/15 I located an S5 on cars.com. I initiated contact through the cars.com website and received an email response back within 5 minutes. I have done extensive research and test drives on this model and knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Because I knew what I wanted and I live 120 miles away from the dealer, I had to rely on Drew to answer all my questions and take additional pictures of the car. The whole process transpired via texting. I told Drew that is was the additional pictures that helped me make the decision. That, and the fact that I had him check to make sure that the car did not smell like cigarette smoke. With Drew's word that the car had no odor issues, I sent in my credit card authorization form to hold the car and received directions on what train station I needed to get to. The following day I was picked up at the train station and driven to the dealership where they have a pretty cool coffee dispensing machine. I took a test drive with Quincey just to make sure all was right with the car. I was sold and we completed the sales process with Quincey getting me set up with keys and tags, I signed some papers in finance with Terence, Terry set up my phone and showed me all the doo dads in the car. It took longer to get there then it did to check out the car and complete the paperwork. Everybody was great and personable. Just a very pleasant experience. Seems oxymoronic to call car buying a pleasant experience but there you have it. I can't give a better review than that. More

Service Excellence! I never bought a used car, and was always hesitant to do so because I feared 1) overpaying and 2) purchasing a lemon. Upon meeting Terry, I knew I wa I never bought a used car, and was always hesitant to do so because I feared 1) overpaying and 2) purchasing a lemon. Upon meeting Terry, I knew I was not going to have any of these issues. Terry is a straight shooter and tells you what he can and cannot do. Audi has a great certified pre-owned warranty, so my fear of buying a lemon was subdued. As far as overpaying, Terry was able to provide me market comps and explain to me, in detail, why the car was priced where it was. I felt very comfortable the entire time, and I very much appreciate Terry's as well as the entire Jack Daniel's Audi Paramus' commitment to excellence and customer service. I look forward to continue doing business with you. More

It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to go there and become part of the Audi family. I would give Jim and the rest of the staff at jack denials a rating of 100% excelence on all aspects of purchasing a car, from the beginning of showing me all that the A4 has to offer to the ease of filling out paperwork for signing the lease. Everything went very smooth and simple. I could not be happier with my choice to go there for my audi. More
