An understanding Salesman I was interested in a Q7 upon entering the showroom, in May. I wanted to make sure that I fit inside the vehicle, since I am tall. In speaking with Terry he asked if I needed a seven passenger vehicle, I said no and he also asked if I needed a vehicle right away, I also said no. He told me about the Q5 which would be avaiable in July and asked if I could wait until then and I said yes. From then on during our waiting period he answered all of my questions and explained the features. He was very patient with me and I returned with my wife who also was very impressed with Terry and didn't get the typical sales "pitch". Even after receiving the Q5 I still felt that Terry was always avaible for whatever my needs are, now and in the future. More
