The dealership promised they would repair all the dings and they followed through on their promise. They made the car look like brand new and I was very appreciative. Alex was able to accommodate the specific items we were looking for in the vehicle and get us into a car in days rather than months. As if that were not enough, they even accommodated a tire swap (the summer tires included in one of the packages were not going to cut it here in the NJ) which allowed us to get the exact option packages we wanted on the vehicle. Overall, they went out of their way to get us the car we wanted quickly, and at a fair price. Alex was great at following up on any questions/issues we had during the buying process without us feeling like we were being "stalked" like at other dealers. Taking delivery of the vehicle was a pleasure. Alex and Andy quickly sped us through the paperwork and got us in the car with Farid who gave us an extensive, completely unhurried, demonstration of the car's many features and answered any questions we had. Farid, and the entire team, left us with the sense that they remain there to help with any/all questions we may have at any point in time even now that we are on the road. There are several Audi dealers in the area but make sure you stop here at some point in your journey and give them a chance to earn your business. More
