I was very fortunate to have dealt with Terry Axel in sales - he is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I can tell he is quite busy but always takes time to ensure my questions are answered to satisfaction. I ask A LOT of questions and take a long time to make a decision and he stuck with me through the process. He answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and worked to find answers he didn't have. He is interested in more than "just making a sale"; he wants his customers to walk away happy and satisfied with the experience. It was very refreshing after having some horrible experiences in other dealerships. Ultimately I leased an Audi Q5 and Anthony Krizni was just as helpful on the other end of the process with financing and registration. All in all, I was very happy with my experience here and hope to do business with them for many years to come. More

Looking for the best, go to the BEST I recently had my Q8 serviced and I couldn't be happier. I was even greeted with a friendly hello and smile before I walked in the door. The exchange with the service advisor was quick and painless. I expressed to them that I didn't need a loaner and was willing to wait. The waiting area itself was clean, well lit, and a perfect safe haven for the hot July sun. I was checked on by a lovely woman named Rocky, who not only asked me if I needed anything, but everyone in the entire waiting area. This environment was quite different from the BMW and Mercedes service departments because it felt warm, inviting, and professional. To top it off, I received a nice video about my vehicle and what was done along with an easy to read summary. Towards the end and to my astonishment, even the service department manager, Blanca, came out to ask how my experience was. This was the icing on the cake because this had never happened to me before unless it was for a complaint. I felt she took the time to get to know me and appreciated my business.
