This is an awesome dealership to work with. I went in to look at a used S4, and the whole team was friendly, professional, and courteous from start to finish. The sales team was super knowledgeable about the car, and were never once pushy about a purchase. I ended up buying a car from them, not just because the car was amazing, but because I felt like I could really trust the dealership as a whole. The team is wonderful to work with, especially Marie Sielski, they stayed open an extra hour on a Friday night, just to go over everything with me and make sure I didn't feel like I was being "rushed into a deal." I can't say enough good things about these guys! More
Recently me and my family purchased a 2012 Q7 from Jack Daniels Audi. We were looking for a very specific color combination that consisted of white for the exterior and beige interior. We had gone/called multiple dealerships to find this Q7, that is when I called Tal at Jack Daniels Audi to inquire about two used Q7 that were a later model, both of which had the right coloring, but both were missing other things we wished to have such as the third row and GPS. Jack Daniels Audi later called back to inform me that they had a new Q7 coming into their inventory but it was Grey, they found a beige and white one that was going to another dealership and since both weren't sold to anyone yet, Jack Daniels Audi was able to coordinate a switch of the two Q7's. Tal let us know when it was gonna arrive and when to be there to pick it up. It so happened that Tal could not be there that day but he said that he would talk to Arthur to insure that we were well taken. When we arrived to the dealership we were greated by Arthur which began giving us a tour of the Q7 and explaining the cool features of the car to kill some time till my wife got to the dealership. Once she arrived Terence, Jack Daniels Financial Director, came out and took us into his office to do all the paper work. Once the paper work was finished we returned to Arthur so he could continue with the tour of the car and explain all the things we would need to know. Overall it was by far the best Audi service we have received. More

I just started my search for the vehicle and called up this dealership with some details on an offer I with a new A7 through Jack Daniels in Paramus. I just started my search for the vehicle and called up this dealership with some details on an offer I received from a competitor. Immediately Henry went to the bottom line and asked what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay.On the phone he found me cars in the area that had all the options I wanted and offered to setup an exchange at my asking price. The deal also included a trade-in which was generously appraised to the point I instantly felt I was getting a good deal. Within 24hrs the car was located and an exchange was in the works. They found me a car with a beautiful Havana Black color that typically adds $495 to the MSRP, but did not charge me for the color. Henry kept me updated through phone calls, emails and text messages through the whole process and was always available. He sent me copies of the order configuration and eventually a detailed break down of the numbers in this deal.Almost all the paperwork was done over fax and email. When I went to pick up the car most of the time was spent learning the great innovations in this car rather than negotiating or signing paperwork. It took all of 15 minutes to get the paperwork done and there was no pressure to sign onto dealer packages like tire protection etc. Another great surprise, is Albert, their cheif technical man at the dealership who is basically a walking encyclopedia of every current Audi Model. He gave me a concise but thorough introduction to the vehicle and along the way tweaked the factory settings to fully maximize the convenience of this car. Every questions was enthusiastically answered and more questions were encouraged. It was near closing time and I actually wished they were open longer so that I could learn more about this great car and its technology. Who ever wants to spend more time at a dealership? Thats just a reflection of their great service from sales to the manager. Looking forward to my next purchase with JD. More
When I was looking to purchase a pre-owned car, I was "yessed to death", we will buff this, we will compound that out, "no problem" this was what I heard over and over, like a broken record. When I picked up the car it was not buffed or compounded, I should have declined pick-up, the salesman Terry Axel promised me that he would make arrangements for me to leave the car and get a loaner while this service would be done. Well after a month of waiting and listening to Mr. "No-problem" I get a rushed job and a job that was done in a slapshod way. The work was not performed well. The car was supposed to be returned to be but was over an hour late, I was waiting outside in a parking lot for over an hour in which I questioned how he would be able to get the work done that quickly. Well I should have listened to my gut feeling,the work was not done well and I was late to my daughter's concert. The salesman had no regard for my time and after waiting a month another day would not have mattered. To top it off the salesman sent me nasty e-mails. Another blunder I have not received my registration yet, it has been 2 months!!! This is unheard of, the worse part is that they don't even offer an explanation of why this is so. Never go to Jack Daniels, bad customer service. I give them a .5 More

I dealt with Freddy at service, and my car needed a lot of work since I don't do this regularly, so I would have to leave my vehicle there for the morning since I didn't want to drop it off today. They gave me a loaner Audi A6, which was actually nicer than my A4. I stopped in today at 8:30, and picked up my car no problem. The price was right for any dealer, and my car is running beautifully now. More

I figured this was probably either a gutted out A4 with a very big downpayment or had some other catch behind it. I called the dealership over the weekend and was transferred to Spiro. He went over everything the car had in it and that the price was legitimate. I stopped into their showroom in Paramus on Rt 4 and met up with Spiro on Monday night after work. We looked at one of the $299 a month A4's and it was definitely a premium package. Spiro took me for a test drive up highway 208 and I couldn't believe how well the car handled and how much power it had behind it. I never doubted the Audi Quattro system, but until you actually get in an Audi and drive you don't realize just how good it is. When we got back to the dealership I knew that I wanted it if the price was really $299 a month. Sure enough, with the $3600 downpayment + taxes the price was right where it was advertised. I am so excited that I bought this car just in time for the holidays, and can't wait to test this baby out in the snow! Thank you Spiro, and thank you Jack Daniels Paramus!!!! More

I was searching for a CPO Audi and was in NYC, so I reached out to many of the local dealerships. I had to call John (the Internet manager) twice, and he then connected me with Spiro. The car I was looking at on the web was SOLD, but he found another that met my requirements while I was on the phone, and told me he wanted to sell it tonight. I had heard that from many other dealerships and thought this was BS also, but it was not. We worked together to get to a fair price (Spiro started high and I started low) and let me know he had to get it approved. He did and called me right back, and made arrangements to pick me up at the subway stop by the George Washington Bridge. He drove me to the dealership, and showed me the car (there were probably 5 guys working on detailing it). It was clean, in good condition, and looked great. I test drove it, he showed me how everything worked, completed the paperwork, and I drove it back to Chicago. I really enjoyed spending time with Spiro, as I said he was fair and knowledgeable. He is also a funny person. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was GREAT, and I only wish I lived near by because I would definitely go here for service. Well done!!! More

They wouldn't budge much on the price of the car...but the fact thatthey were ubying a lemon more than compensated for that. <br><br>WhenI got my vehicle it "looked" like it was perfect. As time went on I found one of my doors sagging. Apparent it was damaged by the prior owner and repaired. I'm suprised the certification process did not come across this flaw. Cost $150 to fix at a local body shop. <br><br>I was given a temp plate when driving off the lot. The temp plate expires in 30 days. It took 40 days for me to get my new registration. <br><br>I've noticed some small quirks with my vehile which i have since brought to Audi of Fairfield for them to fix. Now the car is the way it should have beenin the 1st place. More
