I have previously been in the Auto industry ( Out of the business for a few years ) and My doctor asked me to look into the best dealership to buy from, because he knows I know the business very well. Being in the industry myself, I encountered MANY dealerships that were unprofessional, and had little or no knowlege of the product they were representing. I called Jack Daniels Audi and dealt with Tal Vander. He was extremely proficient in getting back to me when promised, kept true to his word on the inventory, specials and pricing. I was VERY Impressed with his dealings, in terms of honesty and integrity. That's a rarity in this business ! Recently my neighbor purchased an 08 Audi A4 from Jack Daniels. After taking a few rides with him in the vehicle, I had to have one for myself. I did some research online and found that they had an 09 w Daniels. After taking a few rides with him in the vehicle, I had to have one for myself. I did some research online and found that they had an 09 with good mileage and a clean Carfax report that was in the same price range of the 08 that I was originally interested in. I decided to go in the dealership on a whim with my mother after returning from a vacation. Right after we parked at Jack Daniels we were greeted by Fernando Costa. I was unshaven, not dressed well yet still received excellent customer service. Fernando was very friendly to me and my mom and was very helpful in answering all of my questions I had about the different cars they had on display. After getting in a few of the Audis with him, I had pretty much made up my mind. I came back later that day and we put a down payment on the car and applied for financing with Adam Zabrocki. He fixed me up with a great payment plan. The next day we came back and Fernando made sure I knew how to use everything in the vehicle. Arthur Nicholson told me a great deal of history and specs on my new car. I already like the car before I arrived but after purchasing it they made me fall in love. Tal is a very talented sales person. When we came to test drive the car, he took the time to let us drive over to the service department and introduced us to his coworkers there. During our trip, he explained the car, the performance and all features very detailed. The transaction went fast and smooth. We were able to pick up the car the same day. I am driving the Audi A5 Convertible for a months now and I have received multiple e-mails from Tal - just to check how I like it and if I have questions he could answer.
