This is my second CPO Audi from this dealership. They provide courteous service, hassle-free resolution of any problems, and good after-sales follow-up. I worked with Wayne Anthony Fanciullo and he worked hard to understand my needs, was responsive to questions and worked hard to match my needs with the supply of vehicles. Their service department is equally responsive and has a plentiful supply of loaner cars to minimize personal impact when service is needed. I would definitely recommend Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus to anyone looking to buy in the area and look forward to enjoying my feature packed Audi A-4 Premium Plus for years to come. Paul More
I went into the dealer just looking for info about leasing an A4. We were greeted at the door by Steve Charatz, where he was able to show me the A4 and go over some of the features of the car, and was leasing an A4. I went back the following day to look at the inventory, which I chose the A4 that was in the showroom. At no point did the dealer try to up sell me or try to push the sale on me. The staff at Jack Daniels was also able to help me return a lease early from another dealer. I arrived on Saturday afternoon to pick up the car where I met with Arthur, who went over the car completely showing me every feature of the car and getting everything set up. He was very knowledgeable about the car and Audi as a brand. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We pulled into the lot just as they closing to ask for help. No one from service was there, but the Sales team did everything they could to ensure we were taken care of. They got the top up, but the manager had me leave the car to ensure we were safe and actually gave us his car to take as a loaner. I was floored with the kindness and support and will buy my next Audi from them. More
last Sat. my grandson (Ryan) and I visited JD Audi after talking with Wayne Fanciullo Jr. concerning a used car 2008 Escape. We had been looking for approx.. one and half months and visited a number of used car dealers and new car dealers, non-had the character or customer relation that we encounter at JD Audi. After a number of patience phone calls made by Wayne Jr. on Friday and Sat. we arrived at JD Audi early Sat. afternoon, the car was ready and within minutes we were doing a test drive. The car turned out t be everything Wayne had represented and more. Upon returning we met with Wayne Jr. and Wayne Sr. and in no time cut a fair deal for all. The car was to be financed but Terrance was busy at the time, however; we did not mind waiting and during our wait a number of sales people and the Gen. Sales Mgr. went out of their way to say hello talk about the dealership and just make us very comfortable. The financing process was handled quickly and smoothly and in no time we were done. Wayne indicated they would rewash the car fill the tank and then explained the car functions to my grandson as this was his first car. Then to our surprise a few people came out and took a pictures of Wayne, Ryan and I and the congratulated, Ryan. Over the past 30 + yeas I have purchased a number of high end luxury cars, Mercedes, Range Rovers and Lexus, even though their pre and after sales service was great, I don’t remember writing a Thank You letter. My husband, Gerard, and I were extremely satisified with our purchase at Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. We had the pleasure of dealing with the expert salesmanship of working with Fernando Costa. His attention to detail and profesionalism was a very refreshing experience and exceeded all of our expectations. After visiting several dealerships, Fernando was the salesman who listened to us and answered every question with expert knowledge of the 2014 Q5"s and he made our decision easier than we could have ever imagined. We felt very comfortable in his care and if Fernando was so easy to deal with we thought the service department would handle any service needed for our vehicle trustworthy. Our vehicle had to be ordered and Fernando kept us informed of the delivery date and all the details. Our Q5 came in earlier than expected and we are thrilled with the service department. Upon arrival, he introduced us to our very own personal technician, Arthur Nicholson, who will be working with us for the next 4 years, or until we purchase our next Audi, for all of our techincal concerns. I have had the experience to meet with Arthur twice, and both were very comfortable and knowledgeable and he has the patience of a saint. Arthur was also a pleasure to deal with. Adam Zabrocki, handled our finance with ease and I was driving our Audi within a short time. We feel as if we were welcomed by Fernando, and his team and thanks to him we felt welcomed into the Audi family. More

I recently bought my first Used Audi from Jack Daniels Audi Paramus through Wayne A. Fancuillo. I visited many other dealerships around the area and searched for cars online as far as West Virginia. I actually started my search with intent to buy a BMW. A family friend got me into looking at Audis. Test driving the Audi A5, I immediately saw a huge difference in performance, especially in acceleration. Not only was the car amazing but the service that comes with the car after you purchase it solidifies that they care for you even after you leave the dealership. In order for one of their cars to be Certified it must go through extensive inspections and comes with a 100,000 mile warranty. You do not get that warranty at other dealerships. Nissan of Bergenfield had a preowned A5 and only offered me 50,000! Wayne A Fancuillo sold me my Audi A5. He is a young man who was very knowledgeable on all of the cars we saw and drove. It was obvious that he knew more than many of the older salesmen. This is not to discredit other salesmen because they were also very informed. Wayne doesn't only sell these cars but he owns one too. Saying he knows a lot about these cars is an understatement. He went into great detail about everything. From the leather seats to the suspension, he knows every inch of that car. When we started talking about financing, trade in value, and price he was very accommodating. Once the purchase was complete he spent an extra 30 minutes (beyond business hours) to assure I was comfortable with the car. He set up the bluetooth, preset my radio, and went through every single button/knob/lever with an explanation of what it does. When calling for information about a car I HIGHLY recommend speaking to Wayne A. Fanucuillo. I will definitely be back to Jack Daniels Audi Paramus when I am back in the market for purchasing a car. I did a lot of research beforehand and the prices/fees he quoted me were right in line with the lowest quotes from other dealerships (via people on Edmunds forums). Super responsive, gave me his personal cell phone number so we could text/communicate outside of business hours. He definitely realizes that effort goes a long way in that business. I dealt with 5 or 6 salesman before him and hated them all (not at his location, I searched a bunch of places in NJ). You can tell he enjoys what he’s doing and isn't just there for a paycheck. Personally, I would only ever go to a younger salesman (I actually chose him when I found the car I wanted*) – granted I don’t know how Audi’s compensation structure/milestones/quotas work, but it would seem to me that a younger salesman would rather close a deal than fight over a few hundred bucks. They know as well as anyone that you can just go to another dealer, especially in NJ. If you go to Edmunds lease forum I have a bunch of posts where I detail my experience. If I did it all over again would I do some things differently? No question, but let me tell you, if feels pretty good to have Audi lease forum veterans tell you that you got an amazing deal….just saying *totaled all the options I wanted and searched MSRPs on Audis website, found the car I wanted, which was in Delaware and then looked around at my local Audis and thought to myself, “who do I have the best chances of negotiating with?” For reasons above, I chose Tal.
